In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.

Responsibilities

Hunting

  • Build strong, longlasting relationships with midsize to enterpriselevel clients across industries, with a primary focus on the Healthcare sector (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, and MedTech).
  • Originate and nurture business relationships that lead to engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDevs unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with potential clients.

Project Management

  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
  • Plan resources, organize, and mobilize teamsincluding solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teamsthroughout the complex sales cycle.
  • Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

Qualifications

  • A sales expert passionate about selling technology solutions.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems sectors, with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within healthcare or life sciences markets.
  • Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structures, business models, subverticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges faced in the industry.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Detailoriented and deadlinedriven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual (English).
