Virtual Support Team Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports while working independently in a virtual environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule clinicians for cases and communicate changes in schedules or service deliveryMaintain current staff and patient schedules and submit required reports in a timely mannerManage assigned workflow based on organizational needs while adhering to guidelines and policiesRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferredKnowledge of medical terminology and home health or hospice regulatory requirements preferredExperience with EMR and scheduling systems, particularly Homecare Homebase, is strongly desiredAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
